岗位职责Job Description
- 负责售前售后的技术和应用支持
Responsible for technical and application support before and after sales
- 开拓以客户需求为导向的应用解决方案和细分市场的应用解决方案。
Development of application solutions oriented by customer needs and marketing segments.
- 负责仪器样机的使用、维护和客户现场样品测试。
Operation and maintenance of DEMO instruments and customer sample tests
- 仪器安装调试和用户培训
Installation and training for customer
- 制作销售工具(样本、产品介绍PPT文件、应用资料等)
Preparing sales tools such as brochures, PPT files, application booklets, etc.
- 负责内部人员的产品、技术和应用培训。
Internal trainings of products, technologies, applications, etc.
- 工作地点:北京/济南/其它
Location:Beijing/Jinan/Other city
任职要求Required Qualifications
- 大学本科或以上
Bachelor degree or above
- 化学、化工、制药、材料、生物相关专业
Major related chemistry, chemical industry, pharma, materials、biology, etc.
- 1年以上仪器或化工行业相关经验
1 year or more experience in instrumental or chemical industry
- 很好的实验技能、撰写技术报告的能力和表达能力
Strong experimental capability, report writing ability and presentation ability
- 英语听、说、读、写流利
Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
- 良好的团队合作精神、沟通能力、人机交往技巧
Good ability in team work,communication and interpersonal skills
